Think & Drink with Danielle Allen and Adam Davis
The 2018-19 Think & Drink series features provocative onstage conversations about journalism and justice.
The final event in this year's series is a conversation with Danielle Allen, a political theorist at Harvard University and regular columnist for the Washington Post, and Adam Davis, executive director of Oregon Humanities. Allen is the author of several books on education, citizenship, and justice. Her 2017 memoir, Cuz, explores the life of her cousin Michael and how the so-called war on drugs, mass incarceration, and other forms of racial violence contributed to his death at age twenty-nine.
Snacks and conversation will follow the program. Minors welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
