About
Not just real estate. A way of walking people home.
Nobody calls because life is standing still.
Jen Lundstrom
People reach out in the middle of something bigger. Getting married. Getting divorced. Having a baby. Becoming empty nesters. Moving across the country. Caring for aging parents. Starting over after loss. Retiring. Chasing something they cannot quite name yet.
I have yet to meet anyone who called because they woke up excited to sign a stack of disclosures. A house is usually what brings us together. It is almost never the real reason.
When you are buying
I do not see my job as convincing you to buy a house. I want you to fall in love: That part usually takes care of itself. My role is to slow things down and point out what you might miss in the excitement. Sometimes that means talking about resale. Sometimes it means reminding you of the goals you shared with me at the start. And once in a while it means saying, I do not think this is the right house for you.
When you are selling
Selling is not a sign in the yard and a hope for the best. It is a set of smart decisions made before you ever hit the market. Thoughtful preparation. Honest pricing. Clear advice. Real marketing. Every choice weighed against both your next step and your long-term picture.
When it is time to negotiate
I pick up the phone. Contracts tell me the terms; Conversations tell me the context. I want to understand what is driving the other side and the story behind the position they are taking. More often than not, once two people understand each other, there is common ground that was never obvious on paper. My job is to advocate fiercely and communicate clearly, and to reach the best outcome, not simply the fastest sale.

The quiet record
Twenty years of showing up in the Portland area and all throughout Oregon.
I’m a Principal Broker based in Bend, serving clients throughout Central Oregon and supporting clients in Portland and across the state through a trusted referral network. With more than 23 years in real estate and over 500 closed transactions, I’ve served on numerous industry committees, mentored fellow Realtors, managed a 60-agent office, and had the honor of being voted Portland’s Best Realtor in 2017.
I’m a change-maker at heart, and I care deeply about where this industry is going. I believe real estate can be more transparent, more collaborative, and more centered on the people and communities it is meant to serve.
I love connecting dots, bringing people together, and imagining creative ways of living with greater connection and intention. I’m especially passionate about alternative and multigenerational living, intentional community, and new approaches to making housing more accessible and affordable.
Beyond real estate, I’m a trained death doula, hospice volunteer, women’s circle facilitator, and student of homeopathy. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how people move through change, loss, healing, and reinvention — and shaped my belief that home is about much more than real estate. It’s a reflection of who we are, what we value, and the life we’re creating next.
