Marketing Listings

Have you ever walked through a house and thought “this isn’t anything we expected! What a disappointment.”

When I prepare a house for sale, I want to reflect the house accurately online. I’m considering highlighting the positives AND also not avoiding any potential objections. I want to bring the right people through that house. It’s so much better to have 3 buyers through the house that actually love it, and find it a match - than it is to have 50 people through who are disappointed. The goal isn’t to make it look TOO good online. I also want the buyer to know what to expect when they walk through the door. We want to give the prospective buyers a sense of what they might feel when they enter. What the layout is like. Where the bedrooms are located and how the sun hits the yard. We also don’t want to avoid the funky things that might not work for every buyer; maybe there’s a non-optimal view out of a window, or it’s that the only bathroom is right off of the kitchen, or there’s a bedroom that lacks a closet. Let’s show all of the features of the house so we can target the right buyer. And, let’s make sure we show off every single lovely thing about the property too!

Here is a set of some of my listing photos - you’ll find them light and bright and beautiful, AND realistic!
