What you can expect from me

I work full-time in Real Estate and have over 20 years of experience. I love to help clients understand all things house-related, including investment potential, benefits & risks, renovation tips, and how to strategize a successful buying or selling process.

On the buying side, my style is to not “sell” the house. I believe that buyers are perfectly able to fall in love without any pressure from me. It is my job to point out things you might not be noticing; issues with the location, problems with the layout, obvious condition defects, etc. You’ll hear me talk a lot about the market, potential objections, and anything that might affect re-sale value.

On the selling side, my job is absolutely to sell the house! Working with buyers regularly, I’m able to know what goes on inside the head of the typical buyer. We will talk about pricing the home right for the market, listing timing, and strategies for getting the property sold as quickly as possible for the highest price.

On both sides, there are many more things I’ll be helping you with. I’m not only just along for the journey, but I’m passionate about a successful outcome for my clients.
