9/7/23: Jen was referred to us by a few friends and honestly, she saved our sanity! Not only is she super fun as a person and chock full of local knowledge, she was super diligent and ON IT every step of the way through our super complicated, sticky, out-of-town purchase. She went above and beyond to show us a huge pool of homes via video chat and in person, and helped us navigate the crazy land of multiple competing offers when our hearts were broken and we lost, over and over again. 5/5/23: Jen is truly one of a kind and an absolute gem. We feel like we were so lucky and spoiled to get to work with her. Jen answered about a zillion questions and was patient with us as first time homebuyers in a really tough market. She’s so knowledgeable about what feels like literally everything and shared thoughtful, candid feedback with us throughout the process including watching out and encouraging us to stay away from properties that ultimately weren’t right. 2/16/22: Jen is a bona fide real estate professional. Her decades of experience in the local market gives her the kind of perspective that only that kind of longevity can provide, which means that even the most obscure of situations will rarely be new to her. And in that unusual case when an issue comes up that she hasn't encountered (as in my case where there were city delays with a property line adjustment that was part of the transaction), she knows who to call for help and/or figures it out. I've worked with other realtors who would have pushed those issues back to me (as the seller in this case), adding more to my plate. Jen jumped right in and was able to get responses from the city (which had been dragging its feet up until that point). Jen is also just a fun and smart person to spend time with, which makes a difference when you're communicating with one another several times a week. ~ Dani

7/31/21: Jen was an absolute dream to work with! She's extremely personable, honest, patient, local and passionate. My fiance and I were first-time home buyers with infinite questions and concerns (most of which were probably outside her wheelhouse), and Jen fielded them all like a pro and in record time. Her knowledge and expertise on the home-buying process, the financial piece, and structural acumen of properties were quite impressive and I can't imagine anyone making the experience any more enjoyable and comforting.
